- No — 77%
Rules
- Resolves Yes if, before 12:00 a.m. Toronto time on Dec. 31, 2027, Cohere (including any successor holding company) publicly files a registration statement or prospectus for an initial public offering of its shares. This can be a public S-1 or F-1 on SEC EDGAR, or a preliminary prospectus on SEDAR+ or another major exchange's public filing system.
- Confidential or draft filings, reported IPO plans, hired banks, and statements about going public do not count unless the filing itself becomes publicly available in that period. Private funding rounds, direct sales of the company, and SPAC mergers do not count.
- The deciding sources are SEC EDGAR and SEDAR+, with major outlets (Reuters, Bloomberg, The Globe and Mail) used to confirm. If no public filing happens by then, the market resolves No.
