Rules
- This resolves to the player with the most regular-season goals for the Toronto Maple Leafs in games played on or before Dec. 31, 2026 (Toronto time), according to the NHL.com Maple Leafs stats page. Playoff, preseason and shootout goals do not count, and goals scored for other teams do not count.
- Goals are counted for the whole 2026-27 season through that date, and the result is judged after the last Leafs game on or before Dec. 31, 2026 is final.
- If players tie for the lead, the one who has played fewer games wins. If they are still tied, the order on the NHL.com leaderboard decides. A player who is traded away keeps only the goals he scored with Toronto.
- Players not listed, including Tavares if he is not named, fall under "Someone else". Postponed games count only if they are played by Dec. 31.
